IHhd officer in hospital ask me to obtain a visitor pass aggressively aproched me in a rude manner I was very polite and ask him why he yelled I drove in from Virginia , to see my sister who just had a baby in the eighth floor , I was with my brother inlaw we went up twice before this happened , another HUD office told us that " I can enter the maturity ward with the father " witch is my brother inlaw , I understand the security protocol but in this matter the officer CALLED ME A THUG AND SAID " YOUR ACTING FUNNY ", my mother is a court officer and father 15 year vet nypd and again I fully understand the security but this officer called me a thug ... I am currently in the national guards and I am perusing a career in the nypd , I hope that your able to correct this matter I will continue to check on this complaint to 311 and hope to hear from you thank you I been trying to get the officer I d number there s nobody at the table there is no security at the lobby ... I took pictures of the hallway and the front desk where the security suppose to be ... If he was concerned about people going up without visitor pass ... Why is nobody there ? I have pictures of the empty lobby by the elevator ... Discription of the officer full head if hair gray and black color hair and he is about six feet 260 300 pounds Hispanic male please call David I will continue to go until I find his information !
This is the post where a hhp officer called me a THUG I left several emails and still no reply...
I drove down from Virginia to see my sister she just had a baby on the eight floor maturity , I was on my way up with my bother inlaw when a hhp officer ask me for a visitor pass I told him I was just up stairs twice before...
He yelled and he was very rude and I asked him why he was so angry and rude he replied "YOUR ACTING LIKE A THUG !"
I was so embarrassed and I did not understand why he said such thing I am not from new York but my family is , my mom a court officer and my father 15 year vet nypd I understand the security and I'm not disagreeing with the rules , but he was out of line calling me a thug , I am not sure what is going to happen and if this hospital will respond but I will continue to e mail and I will be coming with my father to speak to the security officer..
I was trying to get his I d number but he had left the post! There is nobody at the post and no security in the entire lobby!
