I had a very bad experience at the Breast Center of the Holy Name Hospital. Mrs. Janet Roberts (secretary? ) was particularly rude trying to make me feel inadecuate with my English skills. (I have a PHD and work in a Japanese incorporation)I told her that I was understanding the situation and she was the one who wasn't understanding that the hospital called me because they needed more images (why they didn't do the work correctly on the firts place?) I asked for a new appointment and the lady at the phone was also rude. She said she had no appointment for me until September and that I cannot ask for any Saturday appointment. I am moving to another hospital not because of the doctors but because of their stupid assistants.
